Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics (Honours Class 1), Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist.

Teah graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics graduating with Honours Class I, following the completion of studies into “Sports coaches on their needs and perceptions of problematic eating behaviours in athletes”.

Teah can help clients with a range of different needs to develop sustainable goals for better health and nutritional status. She assists clients to achieve these goals by providing nutrition education, effective goal setting, resources and meaningful support. Teah is passionate about making good nutrition accessible and affordable, with tips and tricks breaking down the barriers between you and your most nourished self. She understands the difficulties associated with making changes to one’s diet, using empathy and a non-judgemental approach to support her clients. She has experience providing nutritional support across a wide variety of areas including weight management, diabetes, chronic diseases, and gastrointestinal conditions.
