HOTDOCs our payment software will SMS to leave payment details for to hold your appointment, if non attended the fee of $55.00 is charged.
Telehealth Appointments:
To book a Telehealth Appointment you will need to ring the practice.
After your consultation with the GP, the payment for this consult will be automatically collected and processed.
Payment of accounts:
All accounts must be paid after your consultation. If you cannot pay for your account arrangements may be made PRIOR to your appointment, please speak with one of our staff members for this to be arranged. If you do have an outstanding account, we will not be able to book any more appointments for you until the outstanding account is paid.
Did not Attend:
If you have booked an appointment and are no longer able to attend, we ask that you please contact the practice and give at least two hours’ notice so we can offer the appointment to another Patient. If you do not cancel the appointment one of our staff members will call you to ensure you are well and rebook if necessary. If no notice is given or within the 2 hours the patient will be charged a Non Attendance Fee of $55.00 and will have to be paid before next appointment is made.
